 ISS Black Hole is a great program designed to automatically receive and decode (UUE, MIME and yEnc encoded) pictures and other binaries from Usenet and place them in directory of your choice. Simply enter the name of news server, select the newsgroups, and enjoy. You can click on any image to view it in a larger window, copy, move, rename and delete the image(s) or place the author of the message on your "Black List" -thereby reducing spam from undesirable sources. ISS Black Hole is intuitive, and it can be very selective. The program includes an excellent help file.


Features:

Easy to use:

• Enter name of your Usenet server once, select your download directory, select your favorite Usenet groups and enjoy in pictures or other binaries.

Automatic, Manual & Selected download mode:

• Download one by one selected picture in Manual mode.
• Download all pictures in the list in Automatic mode.
• Select a few messages and download just them.

Built-in picture viewer:

• View downloaded pictures in thumbnail size.
• View selected picture in full size.
• Copy/Move/Rename/Delete pictures from within the program.

History file:

• ISS Black Hole keep record of all downloaded pictures.
• Easy to view (this is txt file) and edit.
• Prevent for downloading same picture twice.

Log files:

• Log all your downloads.

Black list:

• Put all senders (fields "From" & "Organization) that you don't like on your Black list.
• Enter any expression you like to the Black list.
• Easy to view, delete (one by one or all at once) and edit.

Select your favorite news groups:

• Download list of all groups from yours news server
• Filter groups by group name & keyword(s)
• Select as many groups as you like

Use "Download options" for advanced performance:

• Black list: Use Black list for this download session.
• Use History file: Use History file for this download session.
• Disconnect after task is done: Select News groups and let ISS Black Hole to do all the rest and disconnect after downloading all pictures.

Decode UUE, MIME & yEnc encoded messages:

• ISS Black Hole can decode messages containing attachments in  UUE, MIME and yEnc formats.
• Decode UUE, MIME and yEnc encoded files from your HDD.

List of all "From" fields which are on your Black list. It is easy to edit, delete or manually add record.	Select just files which you want to download.
You can download all kinds of binaries from Usenet, not just pictures. For example, select groups with audio files....	...parse headers from a selected group...
... and download files to your HDD.	It is possible to copy. move, rename or delete files from within ISS Black Hole.
Select directory to copy file to...	... and if such file exists in target directory program will warn you about it.
